Assam down town University (AdtU) recently hosted a high-level delegation from L&T EduTech, solidifying their strategic partnership focused on industry-integrated education and technological advancement. The visit aimed to enhance collaboration and innovation in higher education.
The L&T EduTech delegation included Mrs. M.F. Febin, Head – L&T EduTech; Mr. Mayank Ranjan, Head – Integrated Programs, EduTech; Ms. Apurva Sinha, Manager – L&T EduTech; and DMN team members Mr. Nitul and Mr. Alakesh Baruah.

Welcoming the delegation were the Vice Chancellor, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Dean of Engineering, Additional Dean of Engineering, and other senior leadership from Assam down town University. Their presence underscored the institution’s commitment to fostering robust academia-industry linkages and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
The visit commenced with a vibrant Student Interaction Session in the university auditorium, where Mrs. Febin addressed students and faculty, sharing insights on the evolving landscape of engineering and technology. Top-performing students were felicitated with certificates of excellence. The L&T EduTech team also visited classrooms, interacting directly with students and faculty to gain deeper insights into academic engagement and learning outcomes.
Key meetings between the L&T EduTech team and AdtU leadership focused on the introduction of new specializations in Mechatronics and Semiconductor Technology under the ongoing partnership. Discussions explored collaborative initiatives, enhanced industry integration, and future student visits to L&T’s state-of-the-art facilities.
The visit concluded with closing remarks and a networking lunch, further reinforcing the shared vision of preparing industry-ready graduates and driving innovation in higher education.
