Braving the cold chill of Shillong, thousands of music lovers thronged the Bryan Adams musical night as the 65-year-old Canadian pop icon delivered one hit after another leaving his thousands fans on “Cloud No. 9”.
For three hours, his fans felt as if in “Heaven” as the cold night quickly turned warm, with fans dancing in joy and ecstasy as the legendary singer sang one hit after another.
“It was a night to remember. I came from Guwahati braving the cold and the chill to watch him perform. I have been listing to his songs all my life and he was, is and will always be one of my favourite singers. I will cherish this moment all my life,” Mayuri, a die-hard Bryan Adams fan, told News Live.
Fans were heard singing with him as the superstar singer, currently on tour promoting his latest album ‘So Happy It Hurts’, blended new tracks with his timeless classics.
From “Summer of 69, ‘Heaven’, ‘Please Forgive Me’, the list seemed endless as the icon performed for three hours. And when it ended, fans left, happy and contended for watching him perform life would surely be, for many of them, memory of a lifetime.
